About Me
Since gaining my qualifications many years ago, I still love giving holistic therapy treatments and seeing the benefits they bring. I have accumulated a wealth of experience in many different settings, having worked in spas, yoga retreats, care homes and a hospice.
Offering healing and nurturing treatments such as reflexology, hot stone massage, aromatherapy and natural organic facials, I specialise in therapeutic treatments for women.
The therapies I practise can gently help you to relax and restore balance at all stages of life and I create personalised treatments to address your individual concerns. Complementary therapies treat the whole person and are often used to reduce stress, manage pain and enhance overall wellbeing.
In addition to treatments, I also teach occasional workshops and private lessons in holistic therapies and relaxation, meditation and mindfulness.
