Hot Stone Reflexology
The addition of warm, volcanic basalt stones to your foot reflexology treatment takes this therapy to another level, being both luxurious and therapeutic. The heated stones work to melt away tension and and promote deep relaxation. This treatment is especially beneficial and enjoyable in the colder months.
Hot stone reflexology can also be incorporated into a longer combination treatment with facial and/or hand reflexology.

Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology is based on the same concepts as foot reflexology, but works over the reflex points on the face. Working over the face can bring about a deep sense of calm and relaxation and has the added benefit of releasing tension in the facial muscles and bringing a healthy glow to the skin.
Facial reflexology can be booked as a stand alone treatment, which includes a neck, shoulder and scalp massage, or incorporated into a reflexology combination treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology
Lymphatic drainage reflexology is a specialised technique, focused on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet to aid the reduction of swelling and puffiness in the body due to fluid retention.
It was developed by reflexologist Sally Kay, with the aim of helping the management of lymphoedema in people affected by the treatment of breast cancer.
The underpinning theory is based on manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and, similarly to MLD, may also be helpful other conditions such as for arthritis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, migraines and headaches, sinus problems pre-menstrual syndrome.
This can be booked as a standalone treatment or in combination with a manual lymphatic drainage body treatment.
